The office will be closed Thrusday Jan 9th and Friday Jan 10th, 2025. 

There are various other ways to pay in the mean time since bills are still due on January 15th:

Phone: Call (972) 736-2592 using your Alternate Customer ID# (If your  Account number ends with an A substitute with 01, B substitute with 02, C substitute with 03 and so on.)

Drive-Thru Drop box:

You may pay by the Drop box after hours at the side our office. The following payment methods are accepeted and do not incur a processing fee: cash, check, or money orders. If you drop off a payment please include your contact information, payment coupon and service address. 

Note: All bills are due upon receipt and is considered past due on the 16th of each month. If the balance is not paid in full by the 15th, then a late fee of $20 will be incurred. Service will be disconnected, if not paid in full by the 24th.
