Culleoka Water Supply Corporation now offers each customer the ability to access his/her account online and we offer a wide variety of convenient payment options for our customers. Sign up for online access, or sign in if you have already registered, by clicking Register or Sign In for Online Access, complete the registration and enjoy online access to your water service account with Culleoka Water Supply Corporation.
Note: All bills are due upon receipt and is considered past due on the 16th of each month. If the balance is not paid in full by the 15th, then a late fee of $20 will be incurred. Service will be disconnected, if not paid in full by the 24th.
Payment By Phone
Use Alternate Customer ID# (If your Account number ends with an A substitute with 01, B substitute with 02, C substitute with 03 and so on.)
Automated Bank Draft
The worry-free way to pay your water bill. With this service, the amount of your monthly bill is automatically deducted from your bank account and credited to your utility account. There is no set-up fee or charge associated with this method of payment. To set up Automatic Bank Draft, simply download and fill out the Automated Bank Draft form and drop it off or mail it to our office, along with a voided check.
We do charge a $35 Non-sufficent Fund fee on Checks or ACH payments that return. You have 5 days from the date of the notice to pay the full balance amount. If not paid by the end of the 5 days your utility service will be disconnected. After two instances of NSF within a year period, CWSC will discontinue the auto draft service for a year and check payments will not be accepted by the organization.
If you are currently enrolled into the Auto Bank draft and wish to discontinue its use, fill out the Bank Draft Discontinuance Form and return it to us.
Payment Drop-off Location
You may pay your bill in-person or Drop box after hours at the side our office. The following payment methods are accepeted and do not incur a processing fee: cash, check, or money orders. If you drop off a payment please include your contact information, payment coupon and service address. To avoid longer wait times, please note that Mondays, Fridays and the first day after a holiday are normally very busy.
Payment By Credit/Debit Card
Culleoka Water Supply Corporation must use a thrid party processing company in order to permit our customers to pay by Credit card, Debit card, online or in-person at our office. Please note that ALL payments by credit card carry a processing fee that will be charged and shown on bank statement, whether paid online, phone, or in-person at our office. The fee is $2.05 for all transaction amounts up to $65.00, all transactions greater than $65.00 will have a fee of 3% of the transaction amount.

You can access this payment method in office or through our Drive-thru.
Payment By Mail
If your paying by check or money order through the mail, please send all payments with your payment coupon. To avoid late fees, please mail your payment 10 to 14 days before the due date.
Payment Through Financial Institution Online Bill Pay
Many financial institutions such as major banks offer their customers the ability to pay their bills via an online bill payment service (through your bank's website). Normally, these services debit the customer's checking or savings account to pay the bill. Depending on the financial institution, they may or may not charge a fee for the service. Payments may take up to seven business days to post to the customer's account. To avoid late fees, please mail your payment 14 days before the due date. Please consult with your bank for more information.
