Welcome to the Culleoka Water Supply Corporation Community.
We require the following from new property owners:
- Each property owner must read and complete the Application https://culleoka.org/all-forms-and-reports
- Copy of each home owners photo ID (ie. Drivers License)
- Proof of Ownership: first page of Settlement Statement or Closing Disclosure
- $200 refundable membership fee and a $25 non-refundable transfer fee
All Fees must be paid at your service start date
- Cash, Check or Money Order can be paid in office, Drive-thru, or placed in the night drop box located at Drive-thru.
- Credit Card payments can be submitted online or through the phone after you have been provided with an account number. Any debit or credit card payment will incur a 3% third party card processing fee that appears seperatly on bank statement.
If you’ve purchased property with an existing meter, please contact the office.
Tenant's: Please have the property owner contact the office in regards to transfering the service.
