Immediate Stage 3 Water Conservation Implemented

All CWSC residential water users are required to follow the STAGE 3 Severe Conservation Restrictions.
Non-essential watering is prohibited, such as washing down outdoor hard surfaces, buildings and structures, dust control, flushing gutters, or permitting water to run down the street.
Addresses ending in:
Even numbers (0, 2, 4, 6, 8) can water outdoor landscapes as follows: Sunday and Thursday, 12:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
Odd numbers (1, 3, 5, 7, 9) can water outdoor landscapes as follows: Saturday and Wednesday, 12:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
Approved water methods: permanently installed sprinkler systems, hand-held watering with an automatic shut-off handle, hand-held buckets, and drip irrigation.
The use of hose-end sprinklers is prohibited at all times.
New Sod Installation: Please follow the new sod requirements issued by your installation company. Please have these requirements in writing for verification, if necessary.
Foundation watering (within 2 feet) and tree watering may occur for 2 hours, one day a week, with a hand-held hose or with a dedicated zone using a drip irrigation system or soaker hose, provided no runoff occurs.
Pool filling/refilling: Swimming, wading, or Jacuzzi-type pools are allowed only on designated watering days and times, as posted above. Other days and times are prohibited.
With the cooperation of all CWSC water consumers, further restrictions can be avoided.
